Head bump again

Arriving from grocery and I was about to take a bath before hugging Johan, I heard a loud bump and cry. Not again! Feeling uneasy from hearing my son cries from the bathroom, I wash myself quickly. Worried again on any head injury or trauma, I scolded him while he was crying on his room. I want him to learn from those injuries but my heart breaks. One thing I learned from this, even thou our 3 pairs of eyes are on Johan’s in every movement, accidents may still happen. I accepted that there are things I’m out of control and only pray to Jesus to give Johan protection in everywhere he goes and whatever he does.

I cover you Johan with a prayer of protection. That you will be guided in every step as God said from His Words; In Jesus’ name. Amen.

For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone.

Nanay, last night, I saw you how to be a mother. Keeping awake since Johan can’t sleep well enough due to his cold. I thank God for the strength He provides for you. I thank God that He gives favor for your work (at home). I pray for healing and restoration for Johan.

Johan, as you read this blog, I want to tell you that we love you so much as God loves us. Continue to depend and trust on God because with Him, we are able sustain our love in sickness and in health.

Jaycee, you are writing this blog at Chowking eating breakfast with Tapa and Longganisa. Please watch your health and your stuff. 🤣

I thank God for this day because this is the day that the Lord has made we will rejoice and be glad whatever events happens.

We have peace of God.

First Time Check-in at Asian Hospital

A hot, heavy and dizzy night around 1am when we decided to go for emergency in Asian Hospital due to very high fever. I thankful for wife for her support and care for me while I was down.

Thank you for always reminding us to always take care of ourselves, drink lots of fluids, change clothes when already sweaty and most of all do checkup as early as possible to avoid complications. This is a reminder also for you, Johan Matteo.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Dearest Baby Johan,

This morning, your Daddy is a bit emotional about something (yes, he is more ma-emo than Mommy, fyi). He came across a song, and this is a song for you, Baby. Because we know you always feel the love especially when we are praying for you.

We are already looking forward to see you. For the meantime, enjoy your time there. Daddy can’t wait to talk to you exclusively! But for now, you and I have exclusive quality time (sorry for the Cloud trainings you attended with me–too early for you but Mommy needs to learn it).

For now, Daddy can’t talk to you without me knowing everything he whispers to you! 🙂

Blood sugar normalized

I love you every moment.
I pray that the blood sugar will normalize as what God wants us to live healthy life. Praise God for the well-being He gave to us.
I may worry about the results of your glucometer but I trust God that He will control the increase of the blood sugar in your body.
Thanks be to God who created everything, who is in control of everything. He who knits our baby inside your womb.

We declare that no harm, defects or ailments will be on our baby and to you Wifey.

God protects.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
