Yey, survived Day 2. And I also was able to hit 14hrs of IF 💪👊

Hubby and I decided to get fit and healthier, yey! We have to make this intentional as we need to develop a healthier lifestyle especially that we are still in the midst of a pandemic. I am good with the aloe, tea and shake as breakfast replacement. And so far, feeling ok 🙂
